I have three macs that I'm getting ready to send to PowerMax for a trade-in. They won't pay me directly, only with a store credit, which I really don't need right now.
If any of you are going to be purchasing something that they might have, let me know, I'll purchase it and ship it to you in trade for cash. It would help me out as one place that contacted me said they'd give me $40 more for each of the beige units I have, so I went ahead and purchased the QuickSilver I had been drooling over, only to find out the next morning that they needed the original store receipt to buy the beige units from me. I bought them used from a company that went out of business near me, so I don't have that receipt...and I'm over-extended now that I already made the purchase.
