The Best Optical media I find for ANY thing is Maxell if its a last resort. There pro line of blank media is best, there mainstream is ok, but you can get an occasional bad disc I discovered. The Maximum best brand is TDK they have and remained #1. You can never go wrong with that brand, and they have a much higher compatibility rate. Avoid SONY optical media! I am a fan of Sony, but I DO NOT like there computer CD-R drives and I hear there DVD drives are just as bad. But there computers are great, go figure!
