As long as they use VGA inputs you should be fine. I don't own one and can't afford one, so I don't know of any specific brands. However, I have looked at several that do have 15pin VGA inputs, which are what both your above cards should use.

Being that a 15" LCD has the same viewable area as a 17" monitor, but are often fixed frequency, I'd highly recommend a 17". I may be wrong, but I think most 15" LCD's max out around 1024x768, which is basically the minimum standard now.
