My old Casio QV-11 digital camera inputs to my G3/300 via the modem port. Is their a way to input it's images to my G, i.e. is their a modem-port type input on the G5? Or a converter to USB or firewire input?
You might be able to find a custom cable but a simple solution for us was picking up a USB/memory card reader. The one we got handles 6 different forms of memory. Take the card from the camera, use the reader and it works great. Cheap and very effective. Makes a small compact way to share pictures with other computers via sneaker net by walking the reader and card over.
