Last week I was sending out a 26 page pdf document from my Mac (running OS 9.1) to mostly windows recipients and a few of them were not able to open it. I opened Eudora preferences (Special/Settings/Attachments), selected the "Unecode Data Fork" option, and resent. This worked. Previously I had been sending with the "BinHex" option selected.

Hi,
Anyone know what setting I should use in Eudora 6 to produce "windows-friendly attachments" to my email?
Thanks
