I've used Pioneer car CD players, (in-dash units & changers), exclusively, since 87',
with no problems, whatsoever. Pioneer was my choice, when buying my first burner, not
only because of my history with the product but also knowing that it was very proven
in Apple products. When upgrading to my next burner, it will be either a Pioneer or
Sony. Keep in mind, though, that I'm the type person that doesn't mind spending a
little more for quality, which means that I only talk to appliance dealers about
refrigerators, etc.
