Have a problem and need some help!
My G3 server is acting up!

First the specs:
B&W G3 400
Sonnet Tempo ATA133 RAID (f/w 2.4.3)
2x Maxtor 80GB/ 8MB on RAID0
1x Maxtor 40GB on mobo
ATI Radeon 7000 PCI 64MB
Adaptec 2930U SCSI + Jaz 1GB
768MB PC133 CAS2
Sony CRX-140E
Panther OS X 10.3.1
uptime was about two months

All of a sudden the G3 started doing crazy things this week:
After I woke it out of it's sleep a few days ago I could not use the
mouse button,
the OS didn't respond to mouse clicks, that was the Apple pro mouse,
with my other mouse, a wireless Logitech mouse I used the right button
(which worked) to reboot.
Yesterday eve I woke it noticing the mouse had selected two folders out
of itself and was click-locked if you know what I mean (drawing
rectangles on the desktop), but it didn't respond to (left button-)
mouse clicks, rebooted, from then on I wasn't able to boot into Panther,
only showed the Panther boot screen with Apple logo, no circle drawing.

Only thing I did to the G3 last week when it was asleep was
disconnecting the second monitor which I needed somewhere else, but I
had done that several times before.

What I did:
Rebooting several times.
Disconnecting all cables except k/b, mouse and monitor.
Zapping PRAM which then boots into OS 9 on the Maxtor 40GB on the mobo,
the RAID is visible, from there re-selecting the RAID in startup disk,
rebooting, still the same problem.
Then I booted from the Panther CD and checked the HD with Disk First
Aid, OK, fixed permissions (it fixed some private.log and/ or .var.log
IIRC). Then tried to boot from the RAID and from then on I get the
question mark, and then it boots into OS 9 on the Maxtor 40GB, keeps
doing that... Tried a CUDA reset, still the same...

What should I do next? I'm afraid to try rebuilding the drive with
DiskWarrior since it's 90% full and I have no place to back it up, it's
purpose is actually a back up server! Help!
