I tried following: 9600/358 576MB with 8.6 and 9.1 on a different HD, Fast-ADSL. IE 5.1.4 produces a blank window under OS 8.6 as under 9.1 as well. iCab 2.9.7 and Mozilla 1.3b and Opera 6.0.1003 work flawlessly under 8.6 as under 9.1 as well. And all 3 very fast.
