I think if you select the individual object (hold option and click) you
can change its attributes. IIRC, try double clicking "contents"  in the
Object Inspector to get to the stroke and fill settings. I use FH 11
often enough but have never taken the time to read through the manual to
lock some of this stuff down in my head--something I nearly always do
when upgrading. I hate PDF manuals.
