You wont be able to do 5.33 but you could do 5 or over-clock it to 550Mhz with 5.5 if you can find the resistors or jumpers that need changing.
From memory their are either solder links or 0-ohm resistors which set up the multiplier.
You will need to find this info as I doubt apple will give it out freely.
Maybe try xlr8yourmac.com I have always found that site to be useful.

Nope if it runs at 533Mhz on a 133 Mhz bus then it will run at 400Mhz
on a 100Mhz bus.
The bus speed is set by the motherboard not the cpu.
Their is a hack to get the sawtooth to run with a 133Mhz bus.
Some people say it works, but other people say it just reports a 133Mhz
bus but still runs at 100Mhz.

It's the processor bus multiplier I'd like to change rather than any
of the bus or processor speeds - I'd like to change the 4x to 5.33x - or
even a 5x. If there are 400,450,466,533,733 and 800mhz processors the
multiplier must be changeable - perhaps it's a bench technician job.....
