Hi listers; I DLed a YDL ISO and want to burn it to disk. I've checked the md5sum and the DL is good.
The problem is, I can't figure out how to burn it in Toast. The instructions I've received do not comply with my experience of using Toast. Instructions for burning on Toast say that I should select 'OTHER' on the main Toast window and then select 'disk image.' 'OTHER is no problem, but I can't see where to select 'disk image' (I would usually just drag it). On the main window under 'OTHER,' the heading is Video CD, with no other options, and the [select] button only has two choices: Video CD image file and MPEG streams. If anyone can offer more explicit directions that 'select disk image' for Toast 5.x in OS9 I would appreciate it (I'm using Toast 5.2.3). I would also accept any directions for burning other than with Toast :) Also, just to add more info, if I drag the ISO to the Toast window under 'OTHER,' I get the following message: "yellowdog-3.0.1-sirius-2003.iso is not a valid image file (size is not a multiple of 2352" Thanks much, Jon (Please do not tell me the disk image is corrupt. As I said in the beginning the md5sum is correct, thus the image is perfect). -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
