Mem req'ts are set by motherboard (& architecture):- CPU upgrades are not generally relevant.
G3 (Beige? B&W?) needs
PC66 (Beige) PC100 (B&W)
But as faster-than-needed doesn't do any harm, PC100 or PC133 will work fine in either - I just wouldn't mix speeds though.
