I have two of these, one in my Pismo(G4/550) and one in my G4/AGP (G4/[EMAIL PROTECTED]) and I'm very happy with both of them. No problems so I can't tell you anything about their customer-service. If you want them to ship internationally don't use GLS but ask for DHL or some other, it took GLS more than a week to get it through customs.
