As far as I know the G3 psu's are not autoswitching:

:o/ Bad news... ---
1. The AIO/DT/Tower all use different power supplies.

I knew about the DT vs. MT (Mac vs. ATX I believe), and it kinda figures with the AIO due to the screen.

What kind of screen is it anyway, same as the iMac ?

2. The DT & Tower have voltage input select switch on
the psu

A little red one, yes ?!... ---
but I don't think the AIO does. It was intended for NA
education market & may not have that option.
(maybe someone with am AIO can look at the psu).

Anyone ?!? ---
3. The logic boards are interchangeable between all
three so long as you set J28 jumper properly.

I've just bought a DT 233 complete for $10, but it's the actual case of the AIO that interests me, which makes any motherboard similarities irrelevant.
