Hi,

I used to use an unsupported CDRW drive with my G4 equipped 7500.
To get it to work with 10.2 I had to use a third party driver.
I cant remember what it was called but a search on google or xlr8yourmac should help.

Hello,
I use a G3-mt and OS 10.2.8.
I have a Yamaha CD-RW drive and I use Toast 5.2.1, which is supposed to work in both pre X and X. It works fine in pre X, but when I operate in OS 10.2.8, I can't get it to be recognized. Is this normal, and do I need a newer CD-RW drive?
Thanks.
