When I type "ebay.com" in field "Location" of Netscape 4.7, my computer launches the "Britannica 99" software and asks "Please insert the CD-ROM BCD99SE" with a "Quit" button. That is strange! Doesn't happen with other browsers; only with Netscape 4.7 and when I don't type the "www" before the address. Any ideas?
A corrupted cache entry, most likely. Try deleting your cache, it's in the advanced section of the Preferences.
