Only issues are that O X really needs minimum 256 MB of RAM, and for safety, a larger hard drive to enable you to have both OS X 10.3.4. and OS 9.2.2 installed on separate bootable volumes, with OS X installed in first 8 Gb volume on the drive.
OS X also benefits from on-board viedeo VRAM upgrade to 6MB (via 4 MB card), or ideally, installing an ATI Radeon 7000 Mac Edition PCI 32 MB graphics card
It runs fine at 233 MHz apart abeit slowly.
I currently have the following set-up: Sonnet G4/500 ZIF CPU card, 512 MB RAM, ATI Radeon 7000 Mac Edition PCI 32 MB graphics card, Lite-On LTR-52246S CD-RW drive, ACard AEC-6280M IDE/ATA PCI card (which allows me to overcome 8GB limit, running OS X 10.3.4 and 10.3.3 on separate 25 GB volumes on my 200 GB WD2000JB hard drive), USB 2.0 PCI card.

My sister has a desktop G3/233 with 128MB of ram, 3.5 G hard drive. Can I put OSX.3 (panther) on her machine? She only uses it for websurfing, email, and Word documents.
