Spacers are supposed to be shipped with each upgrade, if not already attached to to the ZIF card. OWC shipped a number of 533 MHz ZIF cards which did not have "donuts" (spacers). Then again, another vendor, a competitor of OWC, shipped each ZIF card with: three donuts, a straight-edged razor blade (intended to be used to salvage old donuts, and a hypo-type dispenser of that silver-bearing heat transfer stuff. I e-mailed OWC requesting a donut, but they never replied after several attempts.
