nor will Sherlock find it on the hard drive. Does anyone know what it is, and how & where I can download it into where ever it goes?
It's an extension/plugin file found in the Essential Files folder of Netscape or Mozilla which should have been included during installation. Try Netscape's support ?

Seems like I had this problem with one of my installs...I think I tossed it and installed again and all was well...
