Well not to sound like a broken record... I will assume you ZAPPED the PRAM, I recommend Zapping the Pram and not releasing the keys on the keyboard until the machine chimes 3 times or more.
I would also press the cudda button on the G3 mother board. I can never remember which button it is so I hold down one for 30 seconds and then the other for 30 seconds. I even go as so far as to take out the Battery, un plug the power cable, press the power button, believe it or not the damn thing will fire up for a second... Let the system sit for 15 minutes and put it back together. If this all fails try swapping out your RAM Sticks one at a time. Fire up with one ram stick and re-run your tests. If you are still having the problem swap out your PCI cards one at a time. I had a flaky FIREWIRE/USB combo card that caused my machine not to boot intermittently. Took me a solid day of doing the above to find it. All the main tests are the same as in february, the difference starts with the CopyBits tests, the machine is now about 50% of the tests in february, two test are better, the LineTo-Diagonal is now on 156% and the FramePoly test is on 186%. Can anybody make something out of this? Where do I have to look for a problem? Franz Bangkok -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
