Maybe. It may, depending on the processor model and motherboard chipset, use PC100 memory. (It may also use PC66 memory.) If you have the original 700 MHz or 800 MHz (pre-May 2003) eMac, then you can use PC100.

Howevers: 1) IBM may well have used a lower quality memory that could have problems in a Mac. 2) If you have 192 MB in the Aptiva, that probably translates to one 128 MB DIMM and one 64 MB. 3) You can be new, reputable 512 MB DIMMs for the original eMac for $93 or less. 4) if you have a 800 MHz (May 2003 or later) or 1 GHz eMac, PC100 memory will significantly slow down your system.
