Boy is my face red. I just figured out that your list selection of Apple downloadable PDF files was slightly more expansive than the ones I had come up with when I searched. One was exactly what I needed. It's possible I had it at one time and deleted it accidentally when I tossed several other files that didn't help. More likely I'm thinking your search criterion proved better results. Thanks! And thanks to J. for sending me an excellent manual (you know who you are).
