A Ethernet bridge adapter will work on any OS as it is completely
transparent to the computer. All configuration is done by a web page on
the bridge.
Belkin has a USB adapter with drivers for OS 9.2.
It also seems that the Linksys WET11 is OS 9 compatible.
I also found this list of Mac compatible USB wireless adapters but it is
over a year old.
* Macsense AeroPad & AeroPad Plus [WUA-400 and WUA-700], $99.98
(9.1 through 9.2.2; 10.0.4 through 10.2.6)
* MacWireless 802.11b USB Adapter, $99.95
(9.0.4 through 9.2.2; no OS X, but they say it might come)
* Belkin 802.11 Wireless USB Network Adapter [F5D6050], $75.99
(??? through 9.2.2; 10.1 through 10.2.6)
* D-Link Wireless 2.4 GHz USB Adapter [DWL-122], $49.00
(no OS 9; 10.2 through 10.2.6)

That or an Ethernet WiFi Bridge adapter? I do not know as either a USB
or Ethernet bridge adapter will care about using OS9 vs OSX. However,
you'll want to d some research. Be sure to check the Apple Discussions
on the support site, and also check out Accelerate Your Mac. Some very
good wifi discussions there and references regarding a lot of different
hardware.
