None that I have found. We have it running on 3 Macs. An MDD, a flat panel iMac and an iBook all networked with a peecee and everything has been fine with 10.3.5 The only caveat would be we don't really use any classic programs except for one older scanner that requires classic. It may be a different case if you do a lot of work in Classic?

To date the only OS X update that we ever had problem with was the 10.2.? (6 or 8 I think) that broke SMB sharing. 10.3.5 is a great OS X experience.
