The Beige is spec'd for PC66 SDRAM; the B&W is spec'd for PC100 SDRAM.

Nevertheless, Beiges will work with most PC66, PC100, PC125 (not an 
official designation) or PC 133 SDRAM; and the B&Ws will work with most 
PC100, PC125 and PC133 SDRAM

B&Ws are very particular about which SDRAM these will accept, and a 
certain firmware update further restricted those SDRAMs which the these 
would accept.

Beiges are pretty good about accepting SDRAM, except for so-called 
high-density SDRAM, which these will not properly handle.

Best to buy SDRAM which is guaranteed by the seller to be compatible with 
your machine, and which comes with a "no questions asked" return policy.
