Memory

Bought some memory and was wondering if it made a difference where the 
memory resided? I have a B&W G3 and have 3 of the four mem slots 
filled, 2 slots with 256m and 1 with 64m. Does the puter like it better 
if the two 256m's were in the first two slots and the 64m was in the 
third or does any of that really matter?
