It's old enough that you may only find it in a few online memory stores, like www.datamem.com where I have had great service over the years. You probably know there is only one memory socket on that model, and it will accept up to 128 MB module--which is probably running about $125 new.

In general, I check memory at www.ramseeker.com where a number of dealers list their current prices and availability. Check return warranties before deciding.
