Asante made it and it is called Asante Talk
there are for sure some on e-bay and they work pretty well: mine 
connects my old Personal Laser 320 to 2 macs working respectively with 
OS9 and Panther

If you have Ethernet on all then get a hub and attach them all to the 
hub
including the printer and then install or choose them.
