Thanks, Gene.  I will be installing that card this weekend.  I just upgraded
from OS 8.5.1 to 8.6.
I may need that driver.  If I have any trouble finding it - I will drop you
a line.

I have a couple of G3 Macs - but my other systems are PC's running
everything from Linux to Win Xp.
I am a system administrator - I have had to work on multiple platforms
(mainly Windows servers), lots of different systems
- so I try to stay versed in a bit of everything.

At my current employer, we already have MAC gurus - so I do not have to work
with them at work.
So it has been a while since I worked on my on Macs.
That will be changing after this weekend.
