The problem is occasionally he gets himself in a place he can't work his way out of. He gives me a call and I talk him him back, being he has a dial-up connection it's a bit awkward. Is there a software program that I can install on my machine running OSX and 9 with broadband connection that will allow me to see/manipulate his iMac running OS9 with a dial-up connection?
If so what would be the best method of accomplishing this task.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
