Try downloading the drivers from Epson and using those. Even though it

Have done...no luck.

I've searched everywhere for obscure checkboxes.

The Help item suggests that the Features will be different for various
applications (as it is in 9) but I know there should be a full set of features
in Photoshop. Don't.

I have two complete Panther systems, though one is a clone of the other. Works
in neither. I tried the 10.3.6 combo upgrade again, no luck.

I suppose I should try a clean install but it would be a mess to do that on my
system. Might be worth it though.

One thing I suspect is that Panther isn't looking in the right places for the
driver and various helper files associated with it. According to the Gimp-print
FAQ, the location of the drivers has been changed since Jaguar. Or maybe it's
just that Gimp-Print has moved their drivers so Panther can find them easily.
ADD Driver does find the basic driver, but it's as though all the various
profiles and resolution files are nowhere to be seen. I can see it all in
library/Printers/Epson/ where there are a series of plugins, a Help directory, a
Library directory and a few other odd things. I expect those were installed
there by the Epson installer. One would think the driver I installed with the
installer on the Panther #3 disk would have put everything where it belongs.

Thanks for your thoughts, Bruce.
