That's a perfect upgrade for a Beige G3, as it runs on 66 MHz bus.  It's 
not such a good choice for the B&W G3, as it drops bus speed from 100 to 
66.  That's probably what you remember hearing about.  Not a bad price 
either.  Sounds like you have a lot invested in your Beige; peripherals 
and such as well...?
