Trojan.URL.spoof.gen doesn't show up in McAfee's list; I'd say it's likely a false positive. Write to the developer about it.

I don't know if this is really anything to be concerned about or not, but I've isolated the file. Strange that it should be buried so deeply within an Apple program.

Does anyone know how that particular type of trojan operates. A quick search for it didn't turn up anything.
