Hey folks,

I'm running Panther 10.3.6 on a B&W XLR8 G4 with 768MB RAM. My wife is
running Jaguar 10.2.8 on an iBook G3/700. We're both connected to an SMC
router that has both wired and wireless capabilities. I'm connected via an
ethernet cable, my wife is using Airport (with the latest software update).
We're sharing a DSL connection via the router. We have an Epson Stylus
Photo 820 and I installed the updated drivers on both computers. The
printer is connected to my computer since our router doesn't have print
server capabilities. My print sharing is ON.

We are both using Office X with the latest update installed on both
computers. My wife created a document that uses bullets. She created the
bullets via the menu option "Bullets and Numbering...".

Our problem: my wife can print from her computer BUT the bullets she created
do not appear on the hard copy. They show up on the preview, but when she
prints, the bullets do not appear. All she gets is the text without the
bullets. However if she creates the dot bullets using option-8, they will
print. I've created bullets in Word via the menu on my computer and they
print just fine. Anyone know why this is so? Anyone have a suggestion as
to how my wife can get the bullets printed along with her text? Option-8
works but she wanted to use the other style of bullets.

Thanks in advance!
