How 'bout IPNetMonitorX from Sustworks?

I donno what'all they've added to the OS X version in terms of formal logging, but I use IPNM on my PowerMac router to monitor traffic.
They guys that develop it are very reasonable. If it doesn't meet your needs you can probably ask 'em ...
