Hey all: No response to last posting. On my G3 Beige I can boot to a 9.1 cd if the PRAM battery is out, and no Hard drive is connected. Tried several different HDD's It initially saw the one in their a MAxtor/Apple 13GB. So I told it to repartition it from 2 partitions to one extended. It did this no problem. Then I can't see the drive!? Also the system when it boots to the CD won't shut down with the PRAM battery out. I can't get it to do a PRAM reset with the battery in, and it won't boot to the cd with the battery in. PEOPLE, any ideas. I'm flumoxed!
