I have something similar.
It's a combo drive from G5 - an Apple logoed Toshiba CD-RW/DVD-ROM 
drive - model no SD-R1312.
It has a black face plate.
(I thought all G5s come with a Superdrive)
Anyway, can I put this in my G4 Sawtooth?
