You have been very helpful! I have a 2 gig partion on my ibook. I've been using it for storage but I will put an extra system on it instead. I am on a hub with my daughters computers. I'm still new to these commands, compared to using OS9. Can we be connected and stay connected? I mess around for an hour at least trying to poke the right button to make our computers connect. Will this help if my computer goes down and I want to retrieve my files? I have a PowerBook 1400 with OS 8.6 and a 2 gig hard drive. It won't hold much but it is all I have right now. Should that be for be for continuously used files? Email back up? Is there a way to make this work with a push of a button, something that automatically knows what I need to back up?? You guys are soooo much help!! Thank you! Kim :o) -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
