I like OSX.3 tons better than OSX.2 I switched from OS9 to OSX only a few months ago, and it was only because I knew I had to learn it, itunes, and it was pretty. :o)
I switched to OSX.3 and it is the *best* of OSX & OS9, in my opinion. No more restartings. :o) OSX.3 is beautiful, stable and powerful like the OSX's before it. But, OSX.3 is easier for me to file & find things on the computer than X.2 That is why I say OSX.3 is like OS9. Easier to find what you are looking for and the ability to organize well. My desktop has *always* been a mess(even on OS9) but with OSX.3 it is much easier to keep straightened. I still don't like not being able to mess around with OSX's innards like we could with OS9. Am I wrong or are there no more major conflicts like OS9 had? No Conflict Catcher needed. I know I do have to force quit some programs but OSX does that so smoothly and does not crash the system. Wish I knew what parts of OSX to back, in order to have all of my applications' documents. Didn't you all talk about that earlier? Thanks Kim :o) > Yeah...
