Clark - Thanks for your help, but that didn't seem to work either. All I see
in the input portion of the Sound Preferences Panel (as well as in the MIDI
utility) is "Built-in Audio Controller". When I click on this, I do not see
the choices of line input or built in input. It just uses the built in
input.

I think this is some sort of OSX/AIO problem, as I could select either when
I had OX8.5 installed.

The audio card (standard, non wings) is recognized in the Apple systems
profile, and the internal microphone works, as does the output.

Has anyone else had this problem?

On the "if all else fails" front, does anyone have experience using a imic
and a PCI USB card to get audio into in a G3 AIO? Or a Beige G3? If so,
does it work?

Thanks - Duffey
