Hi all
But I ddi this few mins. ago but I did it a little different way I have G3 all-in-one 233 and 416 meg ram 10 gig HD
I looked aty low end mac the said that I need the 8 meg partition thing for this mac to
so what I did was put the HD that I was going to use in the G3 into external fire wire case and hook it to my G4 sawtooth boot the 10.2 Jag CDs and did the install that let it boot back on the G4 then did all the software update then put HD back into the G3 all in one and works great
this might help some one. I'm not sure if it will work on the Beige G3 or not

Do any of you know of a website that offers a consolidated, step-by-step
tutorial on loading OS9 and OSX on a beige G3? I know there a some key
things to pay attention to (like 8mb partition, 10.2.8, etc.) but it would
be nice to have all this info in one place. Much appreciated.
