I've been trying now for several days to get unsubscribed with this address. I have setup a new address for my B&W and no longer wish to have 2 sets of messages downloaded. This applies to all of the LEM lists I'm on, G-List, Quadlist and Swap. I was also on the YDL list, but it's not a LEM list so the unsubscribe command worked as it should. And to the person who said it was easy to setup additional email addresses using Adelphia, I'm not sure where you got your information, but I have not had any luck either from support or the Power Page or even the new Adelphia.net page! Closest I've come is in the webmail, I go to the family account management and it says I have 1 out of 1 accounts setup. Support won't even answer my email request for help. I'm about to switch to Sprint DSL as it is being offered locally now. I don't want to, but Adelphia is not doing much to keep my business!
