LOL!!!  I knew where you were coming from!

I have a friend with a brand new Dell with 'issues' that has called Dell support a couple times in the last few weeks and tells me that every time they get so frustrated with the non-english speaking, farmed-out tech support that they give up after an hour with NOTHING resolved.
