If you mean that ads served from that domain, you can block them by defining them in your Hosts file to 127.0.0.1. See eg <http://remember.mine.nu/>. You can add any annoying ad sites that you come across, as long as they're using a separate domain or subdomain for the ads than from any content you may want. So on most web pages I see blank spaces instead of banners, and a lot of popups and cookies never make an impact at all.
