This is for pcs. It will let you use a usb KB or mouse on a pc with a ps2 serial connector. No use to Mac users at all.
And it's probably not a USB to PS/2 converter, just a connector adapter. It's used with mice and/or keyboards that have both USB and PS/2 interfaces.
