Personally, Id get at least one 256MB DIMM. You can usually find these for $30 online. I dont like the idea of having less than 512MB RAM, especially with OS X. I put OS X on my beige with 576MB, 366MHz G3, 4MB ATI card...and I found the processor being maxed out just by moving the mouse around.
