The bus speed is determinded by the upgrade card and not the MoBo. The bus speed is likely in the 45/46MHz range. Anway there should be jumpers on it, and tha would be how you would do it. Im not sure exactly what the jumper settings are but I will look for you. Try doing a search for clock chipping home page and see if theres info on that site. As far as it being 250MHz in X Im not familiar w/ X so I cant help there
