This is getting OT.  Anyway, as someone who has worked on many cars, many 
chevys, and many imports, I find your comments rediculous.  I have NEVER heard 
of 
a car suddenly dying.  There is a series of events, noises, neglects, and 
abuses that happens first.  And like any car company...ALL chevys are 
different.  
RWD chevys tend to be more reliable in my experience....blah blah blah.  Your 
FWD volkswaggens and toyotas are a pain to work on, have FWD handling (bad 
bad bad), and parts cost about 5x as much.  Sorry to take this OT really, I 
just 
have to respond to a comment like that.
