For some reason whenever a new window opens in Netscape it opens above the top of my screen [the address bar and anything below is visible]. Duh. And I can't get it down no matter what. The windows here in OS X do not have an edge like it used to in OS 9. So I just can't drag it down. This should have nothing to do with my display because I can see the menu fine. How do I fix this?
Also, I took a PCI video card out of my 8500 and placed in in my G3, needeless to say, the startup is weird, I have a black screen until the desktop comes up and adjusts the "mirror monitor" setting. I can't help but notice that video is way slower [same happened with 8500]. However since I have a PC monitor I thought it'd be better than connecting it to the Mac display plug with an adapter. Is there any workaround to this, do you think I am better of not using it? What can I do with this card then? Thanks! Lili -- G-List is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
