The tech support rep I talked to wanted to know what happened when I opened the Quartz application. I am still wondering what the heck she was talking about.
Eventually, she said that Quartz Extreme is developed by a third party, and there is only support available on Apple's message board forums. She also tried to direct me to the Quartz Extreme developer's site, but that was just the Apple Developers page on Quartz, not a company's website.
So was she just a moron, or is there more to it than I realize?
Also, anyone have any info on the Kernel Panic issue being resolved any time soon, or with Tiger?
TIA, -Lavode
